Terms & Agreement


Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information to obtain discounted purchases for anything other than resale purposes. All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, there may be minor variations from item to item.




  • No minimum order limits apply
  • First order to be pre-paid via cash, bank transfer, PayPal or EFTPOS
  • Upon receipt of payment the order will be made to order and delivered in a maximum of 14 working days
  • Ongoing orders can be pre-paid or at request – 60% deposit to be paid to initiate order, final 40% payment to be made upon completion of your order
  • Rush orders available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production as well as urgent delivery




  • Orders of 0-20 pairs – 30% discount off RRP
  • Order of 21-49 pairs – 40% discount off RRP
  • Orders of 50+ pairs – 50% discount off RRP




Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made via email at kirsten@amanahjane.com within three days of placing your order. No cancellations on rush orders.





  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the jewellery in your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for replacement.
  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Amanah Jane within three business days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective items. If item is acceptable for return, please re-pack and contact Amanah Jane to arrange collection
  • Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
  • Amanah Jane reserves the right to refuse items that are returned after being worn however consideration will be given on a case by case basis
